Job Description
Vos Construction, Inc. is looking to hire a hard-working, reliable individual with experience that ranges from general construction labor, welding, masonry, steel erection, carpentry and roofing. Ideal candidates would have previous experience or the strong desire to learn. Knowledge and background using hand tools, and various construction is a bonus.

Job Description
Vos Construction, Inc. has a career opportunity for a foreman. We are seeking a hard-working and highly motivated individual with experience in general construction. Backgrounds in general labor, welding, masonry, steel erection, carpentry, and roofing are preferred.
Job Duties
- Ability to organize job tasks for crew members in a manner which provides success and profit
- Includes planning, organizing, and supervising the construction project while supervising a crew ensuring all safety policies and procedures are followed
- Participate in all aspects of construction projects from foundation to finish work
- Capability of reading and implementing plans and specification and giving directions.
- Ability to work well with a team and utilize strengths.
- Delegate jobs to crew members as determined by their capabilities
- Maintain high standards or workmanship that adhere to the company standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in the construction or other related fields
- Steel building erection, welding, concrete foundation, and flat work is beneficial
- A positive goal-oriented mindset
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to bend, stoop, and pick up products from various elevations
- Ability to work in various types of weather conditions
